Distribution
Pollock are known to prefer colder waters, the most southernly point they will be found in the North East Atlantic is will be the Bay of Biscay, whilst the larger specimens seem to favour the Arctic regions of Norway or deeper ground. They have a larger distribution than Pollack (Pollachius Pollachius) and are well established in the colder regions of North America and touching Greenland.
